This 30-acre project site consists of a 70,000 square feet two story office building/Shop and Warehouse Facility. WHS performed all planning, design, surveying and construction management services for this site. WHS designed all civil site and infrastructure including grading, drainage and wet utility layouts to conform to the owners and architects requirements.  WHS modeled the storm sewer system that included the design of a new detention area.  WHS modeled the private water system including new meter and vault.
