Opportunity for an experienced Survey Draftsman / AutoCAD Technician. The incumbent will provide quality detailed drawings that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.   Must be AutoCAD competent.  The person occupying the position of Survey Draftsman / AutoCAD Technician is responsible for the job calculation, drafting surveys (well location and road design/pipelines/topographic boundaries) with a high level of knowledge and skill in the pipeline and non-pipeline land surveying field.  The incumbent must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD..

Essential Qualifications:

  • Five (5) plus years of AutoCAD drafting experience is required
  • Carlson Civil Design software experience preferred.
  • Setting up of jobs to meet client requirements.
  • Understanding of and ability to read and work with blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.

Required Qualifications:

  • ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification
  • 1+years of Materials Testing experience
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • Reliability–must be able to arrive at project sites prior to scheduled times
  • Must be able to prepare reports and documentation
  • Must have the ability to interpret construction plans/ drawings and project specifications as well as industry standards for testing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+years of Materials Testing experience
  • ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification
  • ACI Laboratory Testing Technician Level 1
  • WYDOT Asphalt Concrete Technician
  • WYDOT Soils and Aggregate Technician

Essential Duties:

  • Will be performing field inspections and observations roadways, structures, and construction projects
  • Will perform soil, concrete, aggregate and masonry testing
  • Will interact with client representative at project sites
  • Will monitor work procedures for compliance with project specifications
  • Will provide daily reports of observation and test results
  • Perform analysis or calculations to check accuracy, applicability and reasonableness of testing data
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work in variable outside conditions
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to perform tasks with little or no supervision

Opportunity for an experienced Survey Draftsman / AutoCAD Technician. The incumbent will provide quality detailed drawings that meet or exceed our client’s expectations.   Must be AutoCAD competent.  The person occupying the position of Survey Draftsman / AutoCAD Technician is responsible for the job calculation, drafting surveys (well location and road design/pipelines/topographic boundaries) with a high level of knowledge and skill in the pipeline and non-pipeline land surveying field.  The incumbent must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD..

Essential Qualifications:

  • Five (5) plus years of AutoCAD drafting experience is required
  • Carlson Civil Design software experience preferred.
  • Setting up of jobs to meet client requirements.
  • Understanding of and ability to read and work with blueprints and AutoCAD drawings.
  • High School or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Reading and understanding of numbers

Essential Duties

  • Complete job priorities as defined and established by company
  • Draw detailed field drawings using AutoCAD system.
  •  Maintains quality control for the drafting activities and products.   Must be intermediate-to-advanced in skills and knowledge
