Commerce Centre

This 7-acre project site consists of a four-story bank/office building and 5 commercial retail buildings.  WHS performed all planning, design, surveying and construction management services for this site including all civil site, city applications, infrastructure, grading, drainage and wet utility layouts to conform to the owner and city requirements.  WHS also designed and modeled the private 8” water system that serves the facility.  The planning of this project consisted of many layouts in order to meet the parking requirements including fire access and all ingress and egress specifications that conform to ADA.
